Program Description
We are a Behavioral Health Services Provider located in Glendale, AZ. The populations we serve are males and females, age 21 year and over, with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) which includes, but is not limited to, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Depression, Anxiety, Substance and Alcohol Abuse. In addition to Behavioral Health, we provide Personal Care Services.
